What will you do as a Customer Service Associate?
As a Customer Service Associate, you have one very clear goal: prevent problems, solve problems, and keep our customers happy. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their inquiries via phone, chat or email - this includes everything from order and product inquiries to payment questions and site routing. Our customer service staff use a variety of tools to navigate, research, review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.
What qualifications do we need from you?
Minimum age: 24 years old
