To be eligible for admission to MBBS colleges in Kazakhstan, Indian students need to meet the following criteria:
1. Age Requirement: Applicants must be over 17 years of age on or before December 31 of the year of admission to medical schools in Kazakhstan.
2. Academic Qualification: Applicants must have completed their class 12th education from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (40% for reserved categories).
3. NEET Qualification: The National Medical Commission (NMC) requires applicants to qualify the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). For admission to Kazakhstan Medical Colleges, applicants must have scored at least 50th percentile in NEET. In NEET 2023, the qualifying NEET score for MBBS admission in Kazakhstan was 137 marks for the open category and 107 marks for reserved category students.
4. English Proficiency: English proficiency exams such as IELTS or TOEFL scores are not required for admission to MBBS programs in Kazakhstan for the academic year 2024-25.
Meeting these eligibility criteria ensures that Indian students can apply for admission to MBBS colleges in Kazakhstan through the appropriate channels, such as MOKSH, with relative ease.
