We are seeking a skilled B2B Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our business-to-business (B2B) applications and integrations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute test plans, identify defects, and ensure that our B2B solutions meet the highest standards of performance and reliability

Key Responsibilities:​

• Test Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Perform functional, integration, performance, and regression testing on B2B systems and applications.
• Automation & Tools:
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Utilize tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar for test automation.
• API & Integration Testing:
  • Test APIs and integration points between B2B systems and third-party applications using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
  • Validate data exchange, interface functionality, and overall integration performance.
• Defect Management:
  • Identify, document, and track defects or issues found during testing.
  • Collaborate with development teams to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on system functionality.
  • Prepare and present test reports, metrics, and findings to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in software testing.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to testing processes and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:​

• Experience:
  • Proven experience in software testing, with a focus on B2B applications or platforms.
  • Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
  • Familiarity with APIs, web services, and B2B integration practices.
  • Ability to query databases using SQL for backend validation.
